Women's Ministry at FBC exists to provide an environment where women are encouraged and equipped to know Christ fully and share His love with others.

Welcome to Women's Ministries! We hope that the information you find here will be helpful to you; assisting you in various ministry opportunities whether that is to be ministered to, the chance to participate in a specific event, or an opportunity to serve in some capacity.

Hopefully each ministry under our umbrella will, in it's own unique way, help to meet our purpose. Please accept our invitation for you to attend any or all of our ministry opportunities. Ministry Groups

Women's Scrapbooking
Join us for scrapbooking on the last Friday of each month at 6:30-9pm in Rm. A-1. This is a great opportunity to spend a few hours each month working on those scrapbook projects you never seem to have enough time for, all the while enjoying great fellowship. Bring your supplies and join the "Church Crop".  Gathering is free, but child care is not available. Call Melissa Y. at 685-4821 ext. 112 with questions.

Morning Break and Evening Edition Bible Studies

Dorcas Circle
A Women's Missionary Circle that does many projects for missions agencies and outreach organizations.  
First Wednesday of each month (except July) | 9am | Rm. E-203

Friend of the Heart Mentoring Ministry
"Friend of the Heart" Mentoring Ministry is about caring, sharing and loving another to encourage growth in the Lord. A mentor is a spiritually mature woman of God who is willing to invest in the life of another. A mentee is someone with a teachable spirit who is open to receive love, guidance and encouragement from another woman who is further down the road of experience.

Heart-2-Heart Moms | Thursdays (twice a month) | Rm. E-108 from 9-11:30am
Our meetings will include guest speakers, worship and special events. It is our desire to provide a place where each woman feels welcomed and cared for through relationship with other moms and our Titus 2 Mothers. Click here to view the brochure.

Prayer Shawl Ministry
Join us as we knit shawls and pray for those who will receive them.
2nd Monday of each month | 7-9pm | Rm. E-204

Priscilla Circle
A Women's Missionary Circle that does many projects for missions agencies and outreach organizations.  
Second Monday of each month | 7pm | Rm. E-203

Teen Mom Connection
A group where teen moms can connect, learn parenting skills, and find a mentor.
They meet on the second Tuesday of every month from 7-9pm in Rm. E-101.

Women Alone
This is a group for widows, singles, and those with husbands who do not know the Lord.
Last Saturday of each month | Noon | Rm. C-7

Women Praying for Elk Grove
3rd Thursday of each month | 6pm | Rm. B-7/8

Women's Prayer Group
Thursdays | 7-8:30pm | Rm. E-104
