We finished a great year in 2013-2014!

488 kids were registered and attended on a regular basis!
304 books were completed for ribbons and trophies!
157 volunteers served each week!
We donated $960 to Awana Adopt-A-Club missions!
We gave stacks of filled shoeboxes to Operation Christmas Child!
We collected many bagfuls of food for the Loving Hands Ministry and Love INC!
We collected a closetful of baby items for the Sacramento Life Center!
We gave $1,000 to our local Awana Missionaries Mike and Becky Sexton!
We collected over $1,700 for the Nightingale family (Awana leaders and missionaries to Papua New Guinea)!
Watch for volunteer and clubber registration to begin in August!

What is Awana?

Awana: Is an evangelism and discipleship program for children and youth, ages 2 to 18

Awana: Is Bible-centered

Awana: Helps churches and parents raise children and youth to know, love and serve Christ

Awana: Actively involves parents, mentors, and church leaders

Awana: Has been a leader in children’s ministry since 1950

Awana: Is non-denominational and international

Awana: Is an acronym, coming from 2 Timothy 2:15: Approved workmen are not ashamed

Puggles: 2-year-old children of Awana volunteers
Cubbies: 3- & 4-year olds
Sparks: Kindergarten – 2nd Grade
Truth & Training (T&T): 3rd – 6th Grade
Trek: Junior High
