High School Volunteers

Current available volunteer opportunities are listed below.

Administrative Hero - Serve God for the sake of our students by helping with administrative tasks. One hour per week.

Catalyst Celebration Leader - Adults who help to create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting and talking with students, limiting distractions during worship service, connecting students with information to get further connected, and encouraging students to grow deeper in their walk with Christ.

Fusion Leader - Adults who help to create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting and talking with students, participate in games or activities, connect students with information to get further connected (in small groups, etc.). Fusion is our monthly outreach.

Counselors - Licensed therapists and counselors skilled in working with students and families to whom we can refer students.

Mentor - A mature Christ-follower who will commit to one or two students seeking a deeper relationship with Jesus by meeting with them regularly for prayer, encouragement and discipleship.Guiding a student through the high school years can happen over coffee or hitting golf balls as you talk about life struggles and God together.

Prayer Team - Commit to pray for our students, families, and the leaders of the ministry.

Service Ministry Leaders - Oversee and coordinate a service ministry such as Union Gospel Mission, The Meadows, or Barnabas Care. Monthly

Small Group Host home - Open your home for High School students to have weekly Bible study.

Small Group Leader - The SG Leader is a mentor, role model, friend, and confidant to the students during and immediately following high school. Small Group leaders are seen as lay pastors: facilitating discussions, praying faithfully, and shepherding their group as they move closer to Christ.

Sr. High Event Driver

Tech Team Leader - A tech and media savvy adult who can mentor and lead students serving on the tech team.
