Living Missionally

Missional living is defined as “joining God and giving ourselves away.” Here at FBC we are committed to reaching out to our community, our nation and the world as ambassadors of Jesus Christ, sharing not only the gospel message but demonstrating his heart of compasssion through tangible acts of service.

Compassion in Action
Compassion in Action is a ministry where you get to touch a family in our church going through a crisis. Compassion in Action organizes a few meals just when people need to know they are not alone. What could be more rewarding than being the hands and feet of Jesus?! Hearts are warmed, tummies are fed and Jesus is seen when people reach out in this way. So if just once a month you could buy a meal, cook a meal, or help call people on the phone, this is a ministry for you!

Let your faith be put to action and your joy will abound.
