Children's Ministry Events

Events for Children and Families

Each year FBC organizes several child-centered events throughout the seasons that will bring children and their families together to connect with each other, grow in their Christian faith and reach out to the community. 

  • Spring – Kids Choir Musical (May); Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt (Weekend before Easter); Awana Grand Prix (April)
  • Summer – 456 Summer Camp (last week June); Summer Spectacular Mega Camp (2nd week July)
  • Fall – Harvest Festival (Oct 31st)
  • Winter – Kids Choir Musical; 56 Winter Camp (last week in February); Family Movie Night (January)

Worship led in a modern, contemporary style can be found on Sunday mornings at 9:30. Praise bands, complete with a rocking rhythm section and brass ensemble, lead intense and meaningful worship. Jeff Carnie, our Contemporary Worship Pastor, and his team of accomplished musicians are committed to creating an energetic environment that encourages freedom of expression, adding to the authenticity of worship. Music is taken from Israel Houghton, Hillsongs Australia, Travis Cottrell, Tommy Walker, the Brooklyn Tabernacle and Chris Tomlin, just to name a few.
