Technical Director/Producer: Oversee all aspects of Sunday morning services to ensure that all elements run smoothly. Coordinate folks who are presenting and moving on and off stage. Lead the tech team and make sure they have what they need to do their jobs well. Keep service transitions on schedule. Most importantly, ensure that the congregation is invited into a meaningful worship experience. Direct experience is not necessary, but experience leading and coordinating multiple people and groups is certainly helpful. We will train you if you believe God has given you the heart to lead in this way!
